2018 National Rebuilding Together Day

On Saturday, April 28th, NAWIC Portland Chapter 54 partnered with Turner Construction and made needed health and safety repairs to not one but THREE homes in the City of Portland. Between the three, we replaced siding, repaired outlets, gutters, and a deck, hauled away many dumpsters full of debris, painted and took care of a wide range of maintenance and repair projects. Thank you to all the hard-working volunteers- you made a big difference in our community! Bonny, Patti, and Jerry are all extremely appreciative of what we were able to accomplish. Bonny has  expressed multiple times that this is the nicest thing that anyone’s ever done for her!
