Project: The Adidas East Village Expansion (Jobsite Tour)
Brief Description: Two new buildings on the adidas’ North American HQ campus. A five-story, 172,000 sq. ft. North Building, a unique hybrid structural system of pre-cast concrete columns, heavy timber beams and Cross-Laminated timber (CLT) panels providing a food hall, creative labs, meeting zone, open workspace and five levels of underground parking. The three-story, 30,000 sq. ft. South Building is all heavy timber construction built over an existing parking garage to serve as an athletic training and community events destination.
