Meeting Topic: Rebuilding Together started over 30 years ago with an act of grassroots activism and community engagement in Midland, Texas. A Portland affiliate started in 1991 to bring volunteers and local communities together to improve the homes and lives of low-income homeowners in the area by completing needed home repairs.
