Information: Trish is a licensed professional architect with over 25 years experience on a wide range of projects including housing, commercial and civic projects. She is a highly skilled planner as well as an experienced designer. Trish works closely with clients and other interested parties to define the program and reach consensus on the procedures necessary for a successful project.
In addition, Trish is a LEED AP and leads the LRS Green Committee. As an experienced project manager, Trish is skilled at managing complicated projects including those with multiple phases, buildings, complexities, and schedules. She is attentive to budgets and schedules and makes sure that each project team is on track and providing exceptional service to the client.
Elissa Looney manages the Special Projects Group for Perlo Construction in Portland. Since establishing the division in 2009, she has grown it to a $4 million operation with seven employees. The group performs commercial tenant improvements, renovations and maintenance work on jobs of all sizes. Elissa worked as a project manager for six years before being promoted to manager. She joined Perlo as a subcontractor coordinator after graduating from the University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2008. Elissa is currently the President of the Portland chapter CREW also belongs to the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Central Eastside Industrial Council.
