The following candidates have been nominated. (Includes, Airfare and shared hotel room for two members)

• Delegates are required to represent our Chapter in the following manor:
• When voting at AMEC, cast the Chapters agreed upon decision.
• Attend program sessions, take notes and pictures.
• Write a full report on experience.
• Turn in a written report to the Board within 30 days of returning.
• Present compiled information to the Chapter during a meeting.

The official nomination slate was adopted on May 21, 2015 by the present Chapter members. A Chapter vote for the Two delegates will take place on June 18, 2015. (We are voting in person, so please attend our June meeting, we need a minimum of 33 votes.)

AMEC Location: Nashville, Tenn.     Dates: September 2 - 5, 2015

The conference will be held at the Omni Nashville Hotel, located on Fifth Avenue in the midst of downtown. This downtown Nashville Hotel is a one-of-a-kind experience, fully integrated with an expansion of the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum on three levels.
